June 24 at 7 p.m. – Dr. Adrienne, Naturopathic Doctor 
Foundational health tips – how small, sustainable changes can benefit you greatly.

June 27 at 8 a.m. – Nova Health Club
A full-body conditioning class using body weight only.

July 1 at 11 a.m. – Nicetys
Canada Day BBQ cooking class.
