Black Forest Pastry Shop is the last of a long tradition of family-owned bakeries. We have been in business for over 25 years. 16 years in Toronto’s Bloor West Village (Bread ;amp; Roses) and since 2002 in Downtown Oakville.

The owner John Ziemba is a graduate of George Brown College who apprenticed under a European Pastry Chef.
