Service Oakville is a one-stop call centre that can help with a variety of municipal and regional inquiries
(including but not limited to: sidewalks, roadways, garbage (make direct call to Halton Region), taxes, parking, etc.) Service Oakville can be reached at 905-845-6601 and will direct your call accordingly.
The Town of Oakville issues parking permits and maintains waitlists for eight (8) commercial areas in
downtown Oakville. To apply for a parking permit or add your name to a waitlist, please call 905-845-6601 or visit http://www.oakville.ca/residents/parking-permits.html and click on the ‘Commercial Lot Parking Permits’ line to learn more.
Parking lots 5, 6A, 7, 8, 11b, and 12 offer daily parking options such that you only need to pay once when you park and do not have to worry about putting money in a meter throughout the day.

To report a snow related concern, please call Service Oakville at 905-845-6601 during regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.). You can also get 24-hour information by calling the town’s snow information line at 905-815-5999. This line is also staffed 4:30 to 10 p.m. on weekdays, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. The fastest method to address snow removal concerns is to report your concern to Service Oakville.
