Mr. Collier was born and raised in Oakville, Ontario and he continues to reside in our beautiful town with his wife Caroline (kidnapped from Vancouver) and their two daughters who coincidentally were also born at OTMH. He is a proud graduate of Oakville Trafalgar High School and his fondest memories were cutting afternoon calculus class and visiting the famous Halton Hotel on Lakeshore Road. Despite these early transgressions, Scott received his B.A Honours (Economics) from Queen’s University and his M.B.A. from the University of Windsor.

Mr. Collier is currently President of the Toronto Parking Authority, North America’s largest municipally owned parking operation.  Previously, he was the Vice President of Commercial Development and Terminal Operations at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority and Chief Operating Officer at PepsiCo Beverages.  Mr. Collier was previously a Board member at the Oakville Hospital Foundation from 2012-2016 and in his spare time is a passionate gardener with a particular penchant for Japanese Maples and Dwarf Conifers.

Nancy Robertson

Nancy has been involved in the community for 20 years, as President of the Chartwell Maple Grove Residents Association most recently, but also leading the fight against the Power Plant, on the We Love Oakville Board, among many other volunteer commitments over the years. Always a champion for her community, Nancy is pleased to join the Downtown BIA Board and is looking forward to being able to make a useful contribution. In her ‘daytime’ role, Nancy is a partner with Robertson Kadwell and Associates at Sotheby’s International Realty Canada.

Kazi Shams

Kazi Shams has a passion for business. He has experience with hotels, restaurants, and cafes, and has worked in the financial, fitness and digital marketing spaces.

Kazi has built his hospitality portfolio on the back of his academic standing.  He is an MBA graduate from the University of Oxford, and an HBA graduate from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. With his finance, accounting, and marketing background, and a keen entrepreneurial mind, Kazi wants to contribute to further successes of the BIA.
