Emerald Beauty - Makeup & Hair is a luxury mobile and in-studio wedding and special events makeup and hair service. Our passion is beauty and customer service. Our team is known for creating a fun and memorable morning for our clients. Our team of experienced hair stylists and makeup artists will help make you feel beautiful. We’re known for a softer, more natural look, but if you’re looking for bold or dramatic, our team still has you covered!
How and why did you decide to pursue your business?
I have always had a passion for hair and makeup and dreamt of running my own business. When I finished school for makeup, I first began in the film industry and slowly moved to weddings. I enjoyed the business aspect of running a mobile hair and makeup company and decided to pursue that full-time. The next natural step was to open a studio location so clients can come to us if they preferred that option and also so we can accommodate smaller bookings as well.
What are you most passionate about in your business?
I am most passionate about making women feel beautiful and confident. I really enjoy getting a bride ready for her wedding day or a client ready for an event. It is amazing making women look and feel their best. I also love the creativity of makeup and hair styling.
What do you LOVE about Downtown Oakville?
I love the charm of Downtown Oakville, the old architecture mixed with the modern businesses. Downtown Oakville has so many unique experiences to offer from shopping to food to experiences.

Not only am I the first entrepreneur in my entire family, but I am the only person in my family to be in a creative field.
