About Serendipity Soy Candles
We design, create and hand-pour all of our 100% pure soy wax candles in Collingwood, Ontario. There are over 250 scents to choose from and several stylish and fashionable candle containers for all styles of home décor.
How and why did you decide to pursue your business?
We chose to open Serendipity Soy Candles in Downtown Oakville as we find many of the awesome customers who visit and shop at our flagship store in Collingwood are from Oakville and the surrounding area. We can now offer a local shopping experience where we can continue to provide our candle products with excellent service.
What are you most passionate about in your business?
We are passionate about offering clean burning, all natural candles to be enjoyed safely in the homes of our amazing and supportive customers. We are also grateful when customers select our candles to be gifted to their beloved family and friends.

Tell us something about yourself that might surprise others
My Serendipity journey actually started twenty years ago in the Bahamas where I created a full line of products. Not only hand-poured candles, but a collection of body lotions and potions, along with cookbooks and local spice blends for the kitchen. Fast forward to 2016 when my family moved back to Canada and today we proudly have a fantastic team and 10 retail stores in Ontario.
