I offer a focused and evidence-based approach to building resilience and improving quality of life. I work with you to build on your existing strengths and skills and by drawing on several models of therapy such as, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and neuroscience-informed approaches. I often work with anxiety, panic, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and specialize in rehabilitation, including injury/illness, chronic health conditions and chronic pain.
